The Vermouth Hour, Saturday, June 15 from 5-8 PM. The Vermouth Hour is the first event at the winery this year.
On Saturday, June 15, from 5 to 8 PM, we want to take you back in time to 19th-century Piedmont, where Vermouth was a star.
The world’s only Vermouth made from Ruché grapes will be served by me, Franco Cavallero, and you can ask me about the secrets that made this product unique.

Vermouth will be served with Piacenza coppa from Salumificio la Rocca, aged mountain toma cheese from the Valli di Lanzo dairy, and caritin from Scurzolengo, a typical sweet from Scurzolengo. If the weather is good, you can stay outside in our courtyard and enjoy the sunset over the Monferrato hills with a Vermouth-based cocktail and musical background.

The Vermouth Hour is meant for everyone: for enthusiasts of the sector, for those who simply want to enjoy a different day, and for those who want to get closer to this fantastic product.

What’s included

Admission is free. You will pay for the cocktails and the aperitif on-site. Reservation is appreciated.

Spirito Autoctono recently announced the winners of the Golden Ampoule for the 2024 Guide to Good Drinking all Italian, and we are proud to share that three of our Franco Cavallero Spirits products have received this prestigious award.

We have participated with enthusiasm for years in this important competition and the continuous support from Spirito Autoctono has allowed us to grow and evolve over the years, guiding us in our journey of innovation and quality.

Vermouth di Torino Superiore Nonis Februiariis: our Nonis Februiariis Vermouth received the Golden Ampoule 2024 as the best Vermouth. A triumph that celebrates the excellence of our selected ingredients and our artisanal production process.

Gin Agricolo Evra: our Gin Agricolo Evra won the Golden Ampoule 2024 as the best gin. An award that testifies to the passion and commitment we put into creating each bottle.

Gin Agricolo Livellanza: our Gin Agricolo Livellanza, the result of collaboration with Raffaele Skizzo Bruscella, received the Golden Ampoule 2024 as the best gin. Creativity, friendship, and dedication merge in this extraordinary drink that represents an important pillar of our production.
